We have purposefully bred out health conditions that are detrimental to the German Shepherd Dog breed. Both the Dam and Sire are screened for genetic health conditions tested by Embark and AKC. That means your puppy is a high quality, sound companion. We not only DNA test, we also have all our Dam(s) and Sire(s) hips and elbows examined by the Orthopedic Foundation for Animals. That means we don't pass bad hips and elbows on to future generations. As well as doing the OFA on hips and elbows we also will only breed dogs that will not pass on Degenerative Myelopathy. This spinal cord disease is horrible in German Shepherds and causes their hind legs to become paralyzed. Our breeding standards make for the best quality puppies available. We want the best for our kennel, and the best for our puppies forever families.
